Akins Trailer Sales is incorporated as an S-Corp and is headquartered on the outskirts of Eugene, Oregon. The creation of Akins Trailer Sales stems from the need for a quality built living quarter trailer at entry and mid-level pricing. After searching the market place it was decided Bison Trailers would be the best fit. Bison Trailers are based out of Milford, Indiana. Bison Trailers has combined years of RV manufacturing experience to produce a living quarter trailer that is both affordable and innovative for the equine enthusiast. Bison is able to provide the highest quality interiors and the newest designs. Large volume buying power provides Bison with the best components at the most competitive prices. Bison builds all of their living quarters in-house ensuring that the highest quality standards are met.
Thad Akins is the sole owner of Akins Trailers Sales. Mr. Akins has 16 years of competitive experience in the equine world including 8 in the professional ranks of rodeo. Mr. Akins has won numerous awards including: ACTRA Year-End Champion, 2-Time California Shootout Runner-Up, Northwest Professional Rodeo Association Finals contestant, and is perennially in the top 25 of the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association's Columbia River Circuit. Mr. Akins also currently serves as a Director for the American Cowboys Team Roping Association.
Akins Trailer Sales has teamed up with an award winning service facility to offer customers the highest quality service experience in the industry. Akins Trailer Sales has obtained exclusive rights to run all service repairs through their facility. Akins Trailer Sales will be able to get their customers the help they require when they need it.
